Everything below is applied to an existing shell, which is why it works at a low MOQ. Anything that needs new tooling we will tell you about — and quote separately.
Shell, trim and wheels
Stock colours ship without a surcharge. A custom shade is matched to your Pantone reference on the shell, with trim, wheels and handles brought to the same tone so the case reads as one object.
Print, badge or moulded plate
Silk print and adhesive metal badges need no tooling. A moulded plate gives the most premium result and needs a one-off plate — worth it once the model is selling.
Lining, label and organisation
Lining colour and print, woven label, zip pulls and the internal layout — divider, mesh pocket, cross straps — can all be specified per order.
From polybag to gift box
Hangtags, polybag with your print, retail gift box, carton marks, barcodes and retail labels. Mixed-model cartons available so one shipment can carry an assorted range.
Locks, handles and wheels
Combination lock, frame clasp, wheel type and handle finish can be swapped within what the mould allows. We confirm what is possible for the model before quoting.
Export paperwork in-house
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and forwarder coordination handled by us, so a small first order does not need a trading agent in the middle.
What we will not claim for you.
Material, lock type and certification are stated only where they are confirmed for the model you order. If a specification has not been verified, we say so rather than printing it on your carton.

- Your artwork is quoted after review — no logo is assumed to be printable
